Mayor Timothy Tim Riley called the Public Hearing to order at 5:30 p.m. to discuss adoption of the following Ordinance:

Ordinance No. 4275: An Ordinance to approve the annexation of Parcel #3448800, for Brittany Point, LLC, owned by Doug Diez, being 55.14 acres, Section 34-9-3, located on the north side of Highway 30, currently addressed as 42320 La Hwy. 30, Gonzales, LA 70737.

Mayor Riley invited anyone who wished to speak to come forward.

Marie Neal, 1733 E. Bocage, Gonzales, filled out a comment card stating that she was against the annexation, but did not wish to speak.

James Smith, 2124 S. San Francisco Ave., Gonzales, came forward to speak in opposition to the annexation.

James McAllister, 1816 E. Rosedown St., Gonzales, came forward to speak in opposition to the annexation.

Randy Gautreau, PO Box 21, Gonzales, came forward to speak in favor of the annexation.

Al Robert came forward to speak in favor of the annexation.

James Falgout, 668 Glenthorne Dr., Gonzales, came forward to speak in favor of the annexation.

Skipper McInnis, 6050 Jonathan Alaric, Gonzales, came forward to speak in favor of the annexation.

Kip Hernandez, 6300 Championship Ct., Gonzales, came forward to speak in favor of the annexation.

Devin Graham, 15488 Sheree Dr., Gonzales, came forward to speak in favor of the annexation.

Shane Morton, 559 S. Airline Hwy., Gonzales, came forward to speak in favor of the annexation.

Joel Robert, 7217 La 44, Gonzales, came forward to speak in favor of the annexation.

Todd Pevey, 17041 Sumter Dr., Prairieville, came forward to speak in favor of the annexation.

Joe Becker, 40197 River Winds Ct., Gonzales, came forward to speak in favor of the annexation.

No one else came forward to speak in favor of or against this ordinance.

At 5:54 p.m. Mayor Riley closed the Public Hearing.
