New Orleans Aviation Board Short Term Credit Facility (North Terminal Project)

Series 2025

The New Orleans Aviation Board (the Aviation Board) hereby gives notice that a public hearing shall be held on June 26, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at the New Orleans Aviation Boards Board Room at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport, 1 Terminal Drive, Kenner, Louisiana 70062 (3rd Floor, Ticketing Level). The purpose of the public hearing is to afford all interested individuals a reasonable opportunity to express their views, both orally and in writing, concerning the intention of the Aviation Board to refinance and extend a short-term credit facility evidenced by a Seventy-Five Million Dollars ($75,000,000) New Orleans Aviation Board General Airport Revenue Interim Drawdown Note (AMT) (North Terminal Project) Series 2022 (the Series 2022 Note) maturing on October 1, 2025 that was issued pursuant to a Tenth Supplemental Indenture to the General Revenue Bond Trust Indenture (the General Indenture) among the Aviation Board, The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. (the Trustee), and the City of New Orleans (the City). The extended short-term credit facility will mature not later than October 1, 2027, will not exceed Seventy Million Dollars ($70,000,000), and will be evidenced by a New Orleans Aviation Board General Airport Revenue Interim Drawdown Note (AMT) (North Terminal Project) Series 2025 (the Series 2025 Note) to be issued pursuant to, and in accordance with a Tenth Supplemental Indenture (the Tenth Supplemental) to the General Indenture.

The proceeds of the Series 2025 Note will be used to refinance the Series 2022 Note, to pay the costs of issuing the Series 2025 Note, and to pay for additional capital expenditures at the Airport.

The Airport is owned by the City and is operated by the Aviation Board pursuant to Article 5, Chapter 6 of the Home Rule Charter of the City. The street address of the administrative offices of the Airport is New Orleans Aviation Board Administrative Offices, 3rd Floor, Room 3118, 1 Terminal Drive, Kenner, Louisiana 70062, and it is located in the central western-most portion of that portion of Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, located on the East Bank of the Mississippi River, in the City of Kenner, a small portion of which extends into St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.
