LEGAL NOTICE

The following is a summary of the proposed budget for the Office of the Public Defender, 2nd Judicial District Defender Fund for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.

The budget is available for public inspection at the Police Jury Offices of each parish and the Office of the Public Defender, at the Office of the Public Defender. A public hearing shall be held on June 24, 2025, from 10:00 – 10:30 a.m. at 100 Courthouse, Suite 2400, Arcadia, LA 71001. (Bienville Parish Courthouse, 2nd Floor)
