TO SELL PROPERTY AT PRIVATE SALE, NOTICE is given that RUBY DUPLECHAIN CORMIER, Administratrix of the Small Successions of THEOBERT DUPLECHAIN and THERESA LAVERGNE DUPLECHAIN, has petitioned this Court for authority to sell the property belonging to the Successions at private sale for the sum of $7,500.00 cash. The property to be sold is described as follows: A certain tract or parcel of land, with all improvements, located in Melville, St. Landry Parish, Louisiana, fronting 50 feet on the East side of Gum Street by a depth of 120 feet between equal and parallel lines in an Easterly direction, bounded, now or formerly, as follows: North by Jessica Adams and Tristan Vaughn; East by Larry Ponthieux; South by William Triplette; and West by Gum Street. Acquired by Theobert Duplechain and Theresa Lavergne Duplechain by Cash Sale from Lodis Duplechain recorded on February 23, 1959, as Act No. 417100 in Conveyance Book X-11, page 265, records of St. Landry Parish, Louisiana. The municipal address is 215 Gum Street, Melville, Louisiana 71353. Any heir or creditor who opposes the proposed sale must file his/her opposition within ten (10) days from the date on which the publication of this notice appears as set forth in C.C.P. Article 3443.
