Notice is hereby given that a Petition to Partition Property was filed May 15, 2025 involving the following property; to-wit:

The Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW of the NW of the SW ), Section Nine, Township 4 North, Range 10 West, together with all improvements thereon, appurtenances thereunto belonging and component parts, containing 10.35 acres, more or less.

That the plaintiff herein, is seeking to have the above described property partitioned by Licitation, and that, the said defendants have fifteen (15) days from the date of initial publication of this notice to answer the plaintiffs petition.
