By virtue of a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued out of the Honorable Thirty-Fifth Judicial District Court, Parish of Grant, State of Louisiana, and to me directed, I have seized and taken into my possession the property of defendant TRISTAN TRSON and will offer for sale for cash at the principal front door of the GRANT PARISH SHERIFFS CIVIL OFFICE, 205 CYPRESS ST, COLFAX, LOUISIANA, on Wednesday, the 9 day of July, 2025 at 10:00 o’clock a.m., the following property to wit:

Lot 17 of Martin Acres Subdivision, Phase II, revised, as per subdivision Plat of Survey recorded at Plat Cabinet, Page 13A, under Registry Number 97-074, records of Grant Parish, Louisiana.
