NOTICE TO SELL IMMOVABLE PROPERTY AT PRIVATE SALE

SUCCESSION OF

PHILLIP DAVIS AND EVELINA PHARAGOOD DAVIS

NO. 27779 (A) PROBATE

WHEREAS, in accordance with the Judgment granted by this Honorable Court on May 2, 2025, granting the following described immovable property with a municipal address of 1108 Henderson Street, Thibodaux, Louisiana 70301, shall be sold at a private sale, to wit:

A certain parcel of land or town lot situated in what is known as the Ridgefield Annex of the Town of Thibodaux, which Annex is immediately above and West of the Town of Thibodaux; said lot being Lot No. Fourteen (14) of Block No. Seventeen (17) on the plan of said Ridgefield Annex made and executed by J.F. Coleman, Surveyor, on the 22nd day of April, 1905, and deposited and filed in the office of the Clerk of Court of the Parish of Lafourche, said Lot No. Fourteen (14) of Block No. Seventeen (17) being bounded by Lot No. Fifteen (15) of said Block No. Seventeen (17), and West by an alley separating it from the West Half of said Block No. Seventeen (17); together with all the improvements and all the rights and privileges thereto belonging.

AND

A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, being described as LOT 14 OF BLOCK 17 of Ridgefield Annex on a plat of survey entitled PLAN OF RIDGEFIELD ANNEX TO THE TOWN OF THIBODEAUX, LA said plat prepared by J.C. Lovell, Civil Engineer, dated December 24, 1938 and recorded March 24, 1939 under Entry No. 36939 of the records of Lafourche Parish, Louisiana; said tract having such boundaries and dimensions as shown thereon, together with all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging and anywise appertaining.

Notice is hereby given to all parties whom it may concern, of the private sale of the above described immovable property before the expiration of seven (7) days from the date of the last publication of such notice, all in accordance with law.
