The City of Thibodaux vs. Delinquent Tax Debtor.
By virtue of authority vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the State of Louisiana, I will sell at the Principal front door of City Hall, 310 West 2nd Street, Thibodaux, Louisiana within the legal hours of judicial sales beginning at the hour of 10 o'clock a.m. on TUESDAY, JUNE 10, 2025, and continuing on each succeeding day, until said sales are completed, all immovable property on which taxes are now due to the City of Thibodaux to enforce collection of taxes assessed in the year 2024 together with interest thereon from the thirty-first day of December 2024, at the rate of twelve per centum (12 percent) per annum, until paid and all costs, including $50.00 tax Deed and $155.00 Recordation Fee.

In conformity with Section 63 of Act 18 of 1888, notice is hereby given to all parties holding mortgages on real estates in the city of Thibodaux on which taxes for the year 2024 have not been paid, that I will begin the sale on same at the front door of City Hall, 310 West 2nd Street, Thibodaux, Louisiana on TUESDAY,JUNE 10, 2025, and that a number of pieces of property so delinquent are now advertised in this paper, The Daily Comet, in conformity with the law preparatory to such sale.
