REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

ON-CALL TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL CONSULTING SERVICES

RFP #25-911-18

The Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO) is seeking submissions of proposals from qualified and experienced firms who have a demonstrated track record of successfully providing technical and financial consulting services.

Contractors must submit proposals that outline their qualifications and their ability to execute the services in accordance with the Scope of Services contained within the request for proposals (RFP). Specifically, proposals must demonstrate their previous experience, qualifications, and other factors, to perform the services outlined in the RFP.

Single copies of the RFP package may be downloaded from HANOs website at www.hano.org. The RFP package will be available on Tuesday, April 22, 2025.

Sealed responses to this solicitation will be received by the Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO) in the Department of Procurement and Contracts until 4:00 p.m., CST, on May 23, 2025.

Deliver four (4) complete sets (one original clearly marked or stamped original, and three (3) copies) of the required submittals, in a sealed envelope or box clearly marked with the words RFP Documents, to the Department of Procurement and Contracts at the following address:

All responses submitted are subject to these Instructions and Supplemental Instructions to Offerors, General and Supplemental Conditions, and all other requirements contained herein, all of which are made a part of this Request for Proposal by reference.

The Housing Authority of New Orleans reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for just cause and to waive any informalities in the submission process, if it is in the best interest of the Housing Authority to do so.
