NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF I. B. BENDEL COMPANY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I. B. Bendel Company, a Louisiana Corporation, is to be dissolved pursuant to Articles of Voluntary Dissolution authorized by the shareholders of the corporation in accordance with La. R.S. 12:1-1403 of the Louisiana Business Corporation Act. All persons having a claim against the Corporation, including claims of a contingent liability and claims based on an event occurring after the effective date of dissolution, are required to present their claims to the Corporation in writing. The claim must contain sufficient information to inform the Corporation of the identity of the claimant and the substance of the claim. The claim must be sent to I. B. Bendel Company, c/o Onebane Law Firm, 400 E. Kaliste Saloom Rd. Suite 3000, Lafayette, LA 70508. The claim will be extinguished by peremption unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within three (3) years after the publication of this notice.
