The District Attorney of Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana, does hereby advertise for sealed bids and will open same on:

1. May 13, 2025.

2. At the Calcasieu Parish District Attorneys Office Finance Office, 901 Lakeshore Drive, 10th Floor, Lake Charles, Louisiana, 70601, at the hour of 10:00am, Central Time Zone.

3. For the following: One (1) New 2025 or Newer Full Size Crew Cab Ton 4x4 Truck (Four Full Doors), as per specifications.

4. All bids must be submitted on the Calcasieu Parish District Attorneys Bid Forms, which may be obtained from the Calcasieu Parish District Attorneys Office, 901 Lakeshore Drive, 10th Floor, Lake Charles, Louisiana, 70601, or by contacting Mrs. Ginger Ieyoub at (337)274-5974.

5. Only American made vehicles will be accepted and preference will be given to dealerships located within Calcasieu Parish.

6. The Calcasieu Parish District Attorney reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause as permitted by LA R.S. 38:2214(B). The ability of an entity to reject any bid is applicable only when administered in accordance with the Public Bid Law. In accordance with LSA-R.S. 38:2212B(1), the provisions and requirements of this Section, and those stated in the bidding documents shall not be waived by any entity.

7. Bids may be held by the Calcasieu Parish District Attorneys Office for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders, prior to award.

8. Official action on this bid will be taken within forty-five (45) days by the Calcasieu Parish District Attorneys Office.

9. All bids MUST be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope:
