GRASS CUTTING SERVICES AT THE ESTATES

The Housing Authority of New Orleans is seeking one or more Contractors to furnish sufficient organization, equipment and supplies, qualified personnel and management staff with the necessary skill and judgment to perform bi-weekly (twice a month) lawn care maintenance as per provided schedule at The Estates Community 39.227 Acres located at 3450 Desire Parkway not to exceed 24 cuts per year per schedule provided by the designated Contract Monitor.

HANO strongly encourages minority-owned and women-owned businesses, socially and economically disadvantaged businesses and small businesses to respond to this RFQ, or to participate in subcontracting opportunities pursuant to this request for quotes.

Responses to this solicitation shall be delivered in a sealed envelope or box to the Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO), Department of Procurement and Contracts, until May 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. to the following address:

All responses submitted are subject to these Instructions, Supplemental Instructions to Offerors, General and Supplemental Conditions, and all other requirements contained herein, all of which are made a part of this Request for Quotes by reference.

HANO reserves the right to reject any or all offers for just cause, and waive any formalities in the submission process if it is in the best interest of the public to do so.
