Not Present: Greg Vidrine-Attorney, Al Ardoin and Rita Drummond

Minutes of December 10, 2024 were read. A motion by Jason Bruney seconded by Shane Delafosse to approve minutes as read.

Bills Payables were read, A motion to pay bills as read by Jackie Guillory seconded by Peggy Duplechin to approve bills payable.

Financial Statements were read. A motion by Shane Delafosse seconded by Peggy Duplechin to accept financial statements as read.

Reports by the President:

The President stated the board needed to discuss giving James Carroll a raise of $25.00 per hour. Next, he stated that the roll-up door on the equipment shed needed to be replaced.

Motions:

There was a motion by Jason Bruney seconded by Debbie Oge’ to give James Carroll a raise of $25.00 per hour.

There was a motion by Debbie Oge’ seconded by Shane Delafosse to replace the roll-up door on the equipment shed.
