By virtue of a writ of SEIZURE AND SALE and to me directed by the Honorable Court aforesaid, I have seized and will offer for sale at public auction, to the last and highest bidder, withOUT the benefit of appraisement, at the Court House door of this Parish, in the Town of Oberlin, Parish of Allen, on MAY 7, 2025 between legal hours, beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property, to-wit:

A certain tract or parcel of land, identified as Lot 17, Block 5, East of Ninth Street, Oberlin, Allen Parish, Louisiana, together with all buildings and improvements situated thereon.

Seized under said Writ.

Terms UPON SUCCESSFULLY BIDDING ON THE PROPERTY, THE WINNING BIDDER MUST IMMEDIATELY PROVIDE THE SHERIFF WITH THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY 12:00 PM (NOON) ON THE DATE OF THE SALE WITH A MONEY ORDER, CASHIER OR CERTIFIED CHECK, PLUS THEIR NAME, ADDRESS, AND PHONE NUMBER
