Notice is hereby given that Nexpera has applied for a 401 Water Quality Certification to install a 60 x 150 floating dock, four 60 support monopiles, and two 48 pipe rack support piles. In addition, 250 cubic yards of rip-rap fill will be hauled in and placed on-site in open water. All work will occur on the right descending bank of the Mississippi River at the existing Burnside Marine Facility located at 3460 LA-44 in Darrow, Ascension Parish. Nexpera is applying to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Office of Environmental Services for a Water Quality Certification in accordance with statutory authority contained in the LAC 33:IX.1507.A-E and provisions of the Section 401 of the Clean Water Act.
