March 24, 2025

The Administrative Conference of the City Council of the City of Shreveport, State of Louisiana, was called to order by Chairwoman Taylor, at 3:00 p.m., Monday, March 24, 2025, in the Government Chamber of Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Shreveport, Louisiana. Invocation was given by Chief Reese and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilman Boucher. On roll call, the following members were present: Councilwoman Tabatha Taylor, Councilmen Gary Brooks, Jim Taliaferro, Grayson Boucher, Alan Jackson and James Green. 6. 26 Zoning Case No. 24-209-C: An ordinance to amend the official zoning map of the City of Shreveport Unified Development Code, by rezoning property located on the northwest corner of Buncombe Road and West 70th Street, Shreveport, Caddo Parish, Louisiana, from I-1 Light Industrial Zoning District and R-1-7 Single Family Residential Zoning District to R-1-5 Single Family Residential Zoning District, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. 8 To amend Chapter 38 of the City of Shreveport, Louisiana Code of Ordinances, relative to dumpsters on residential property. (G/Bowman)

15 Amending Sections 94-161 and 94-167 of the City of Shreveport Code of Ordinances relative to discontinuance of services; adjustments for non-residential water or sewerage service accounts, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. (F/Green)

Motion by Councilman Boucher, seconded by Councilman Green, to go into executive

session. Motion approved by the following vote: Ayes: Councilwoman Taylor, Councilmen

Brooks, Taliaferro, Boucher, Jackson and Green. 6. Nays: 0. Out of the Chamber: 0. Absent:

Councilwoman Bowman. 1. Abstentions: 0.

The Council went into executive session at 4:39 p.m. The Executive Session ended at 5:06 p.m.
