The Administrative Conference of the City Council of the City of Shreveport, State of Louisiana, was called to order by Chairwoman Taylor, at 3:00 p.m., Monday, March 24, 2025, in the Government Chamber of Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Shreveport, Louisiana. Invocation was given by Chief Reese and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilman Boucher. On roll call, the following members were present: Councilwoman Tabatha Taylor, Councilmen Gary Brooks, Jim Taliaferro, Grayson Boucher, Alan Jackson and James Green. 6. Motion by Councilman Boucher, seconded by Councilman Green, to go into executive

The Council went into executive session at 4:39 p.m. The Executive Session ended at 5:06 p.m.
