Pursuant to an order of the 27 th Judicial District Court for the Parish of St. Landry in the matter of Priscilla Darjean, Docket No. C-2500349 D, St. Landry Parish, State of Louisiana, dated February 24, 2025, it was ordered as follows:

WHEREAS, Robert Guidry, by act passed before Howard Zerangue, Tax Collector or Authorized Agent, recorded on June 30, 2016, at Conveyance Instrument Number 794495 of the official records of St. Landry Parish, Louisiana, purchased property at tax sale from the Tax Collector for the Parish of St. Landry adjudicated to the political subdivision for unpaid property taxes; WHEREAS Priscilla Darjean has applied to this Court for a monition or advertisement, in

conformity with R.S. 47:2271 et seq. THEREFORE, in the name of the State of Louisiana and the Civil District Court for the Parish of St. Landry, all interested persons are cited and admonished to show cause within sixty days from the date on which this monition is first advertised, why grounds exist for a nullity under the provisions of Chapter 5 of Subtitle III of Title 47 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950. The property affected by this monition is: Lot No. 3 in Section 117, Township Six South ( T-6-S) Range Four East (R-4-E), St. Landry Parish, Louisiana. Being the same property that Faltery Jovillette acquired in a Parish Tax Sale that is recorded as Original Act 794495 in Tax Book 10, page 402 records of St. Landry Parish Clerk of Court.
