Bids will be received up to 2:00 P.M, April 29, 2025 in the Purchasing Office, Room 408, Keeny Hall, 208 Keeny Circle, Ruston, LA 71270, at which time each bid will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the specified hour and date will be rejected.

ANY PERSON REQUIRING SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS SHALL NOTIFY OFFICE OF PURCHASING OF THE TYPE(S) OF ACCOMMODATION REQUIRED NOT LESS THAN SEVEN (7) DAYS BEFORE THE BID OPENING.

All bids must be submitted on the form provided and must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bid number and date of opening conspicuously posted on the front of the envelope. Contractor’s license number is to be posted on the outside of the envelope.

All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid and all alternates and must be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond written by a company licensed to do business in the State of Louisiana.
