BY VIRTUE OF A WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE to me directed by the Honorable 34th Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. Bernard, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I will proceed to sell by Public Auction at the St. Bernard Parish Courthouse, Chalmette, Louisiana, 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 26, 2025 described property TO-WIT:

ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, means, privileges, servitudes, advantages and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. Bernard, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as OAK RIDGE PARK SUBDIVISION, as shown on plan of subdivision of Eugene I. Estopinal, C.E., dated July 6, 1980, revised January 19, 1984, approved by the St. Bernard Parish Police Jury under Ordinance No. 8-84, adopted on February 7, 1984, registered in COB 239, folio 360, St. Bernard Parish on February 27, 1984, which said lot is more fully described as follows: LOT NO. 108, is located in the square bounded by Daniel Drive, the Western Boundary of the Subdivision, Genie Street and Oak Drive, and measures 60 feet front on Oak Drive, with the same width in the rear, by a depth of 110 feet between equal and parallel lines. Survey of Eugene I. Estopinal & Associates, dated May 7, 1986, a copy of which is annexed to an Act registered with the Clerk of Court for the Parish of St. Bernard, State of Louisiana, at COB 333, folio 126, shows the same frontage and dimensions as stated above; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
