ONE (1) CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, AND ALL OF THE RIGHTS, WAYS, PRIVILEGES, SERVITUDES, APPURTENANCES AND ADVANTAGES THEREUNTO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING, SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF ST. BERNARD STATE OF LOUISIANA, IN THAT PART THEREOF KNOWN AS CHRISTIE PARK SUBDIVISION, AS SHOWN ON A PLAN OF SUBDIVISION BY ROBERT E. OSWALD, INC., REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR, DATED APRIL 3, 1971, APPROVED BY THE ST. BERNARD PARISH POLICE JURY BY RESOLUTION DATED SEPTEMBER 28, 1971, REGISTERED IN COB 111, FOLIO 71 AND ACCORDING TO SAID PLAN, SAID LOT IS DESIGNATED AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
