BY VIRTUE OF A WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE to me directed by the Honorable 34th Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. Bernard, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I will proceed to sell by Public Auction at the St. Bernard Parish Courthouse, Chalmette, Louisiana, 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 26, 2025 described property TO-WIT:
ONE CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of ST. BERNARD, State of LOUISIANA, in that part thereof known as CHALMETTE VISTA, which portion of ground, according to a survey made by Adloe Orr, Jr., C.E., dated June 1, 1950, is designated as LOT 32 of SQUARE 2, SECTION “C”, bounded by Coffee Drive, St. Bernard Highway, Carroll Drive and Livingston Avenue, and measures 55 feet front on Coffee Drive, the same in width in the rear, by a depth between equal and parallel lines of 105 feet. All as shown on survey made by N.Y. & Associates, dated December 19, 1984, said lot commences 304 feet to the beginning of a curve on St. Bernard Highway and Coffee Drive. According to survey made by Estopinal Surveying and Engineering, Inc., C.E, dated October 10, 1993, Lot 32, Square 2, has the same measurements and location as above set forth except that said Lot 3 commences 304.00 (Title) 304.09 feet (Actual) to the beginning of a curve on St. Bernard Highway and Coffee Drive.
