By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Friday, December 27, 2024, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
A CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON OR THEREUNTO BELONGING, AND ALL THE RIGHTS, WAYS, AND PRIVILEGES THERETO APPERTAINING, SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, IN THE TOWN OF DONALDSONVILLE, IN THAT PART OF THE TOWN KNOWN AS FAUBOURG ST. ELIZABETH AS LOT NINE (9) FRONTING ON ST. PATRICK STREET BETWEEN CLAIBORNE AND CONWAY STREETS, MEASURING SIXTY (60') FEET FRONT ON ST. PATRICK STREET BY A DEPTH OF ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120') FEET BETWEEN PARALLEL LINES; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: THIRTY NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS AND EIGHTY EIGHT CENTS ($39,820.88) DOLLARS, along withinterest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
