Partition by Private Sale for $103,000 has been filed in the 26th Judicial District Court for Bossier Parish, 204 Burt Blvd. Benton, LA 71006 in Docket

Number 175037 and captioned Kenner Family Limited Liability Partnership v. Louisa Potter Miles, et al, regarding the following property:

The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW/4 ofNE/4) of Section 24, Township 17 North, Range 11 West, Bossier Parish, Louisiana, together

with all improvements located thereon and all rights thereto belonging.

Judgment of Possession filed in Docket 3311 at Inst. #200845 in the Bossier Parish Clerk of Court records in 1967 show that Carrie Potter Allen's heirs

were Robert Allen and Cloria Allen Jones;

MARY POTTER JACKSON heirs who according to Judgment of Possession filed in Docket # 6609 and recorded at Inst. 368256 in the Bossier Parish

SHARON ROSS TOLINTINO heirs who according to an Affidavit filed at Inst. #1289451 in the Bossier Parish Clerk of Court records in 2022 included

Kenya Tolintino and Milton T. Green.

LOUISIA POTTER MILES, heirs, were named as defendants but according to the deed filed in Registry Number 1317485, the Succession

of Louisa Potter Miles sold all of its interest in the property at issue.
