The City Clerk, on behalf of the City of Westlake, does hereby advertise for Request for Proposal and will open same on:

1. Tuesday, March 25, 2025.

2. At the Office of the City Clerk, 1001 Bob Hardey Drive, Westlake, LA 70669, at the hour of 10:15 A.M., Central Time Zone.

3. For Request for Proposal forPre-Disaster Debri Monitoring Contract (RFP 2025-002).

4. The Request for Proposal documents, are on file at the office of the City Clerk, 1001 Bob Hardey Drive, Westlake, LA 70669. To request a copy of the package, please email CITYCLERK@CITYOFWESTLAKE.COM.

5. The City of Westlake reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for just cause.

6. The City of Westlake will incur no obligation to the Proposer until the contract between the City of Westlake and the Proposer is fully executed.

7. A Payment and Performance bond will be required as may be stated in the RFP.

8. Minority owned firm and small businesses are encouraged to participate. Any person with disabilities requiring special accommodations should contact the City of Westlake.

9. Proposal responses can be submitted via email to CITYCLERK@CITYOFWESTLAKE.COM or delivered by hand or courier service. Paper proposal responses should be plainly marked and should contain the following on the outside of the envelope:
