ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be accepted in the Purchasing Department at Louisiana Delta Community College until 2:00 P.M. CST, March 19, 2025, as per the specifications. Bids must be returned to the Purchasing Office in a sealed envelope marked with the Bid Number and Opening Date and Time. Bids must be submitted on the form enclosed herewith, and in strict conformity with the intent of same without modifications. Bids must be signed in ink, dated, and title of person signing bid must be shown on bid. Bid Number 40010-10617- Furnish Call Center. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after receipt of bids. Louisiana Delta Community College reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities incidental thereto.
