The Calcasieu Parish Police Jurys Purchasing Agent, on behalf of the Consolidated Gravity Drainage District No. Two of Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana (hereinafter referred to as District), does hereby advertise for sealed proposals and will open same on:

1. Tuesday, March 11, 2025.

2. At the Office of the Calcasieu Parish Police Jurys Purchasing Agent on the first floor of the Parish Government Building, 1015 Pithon Street, in the city of Lake Charles, Louisiana, 70601, at the hour of 9:00 A.M., Central Time Zone.

3. Request for Proposals for Vegetation Management Services (RFP-2025-GDD2-104).

4. Request for Proposal documents may be obtained in the Office of the Calcasieu Parish Police Jurys Purchasing Agent (on behalf of the District) in the Government Building or requested via email at purchasing@calcasieu.gov.

5. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.

6. The District shall incur no obligation to the Proposer until the contract between the District and the Proposer is fully executed.

7. Minority owned firms and small businesses are encouraged to participate. Any person with disabilities requiring special accommodations must contact the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury or the District no later than seven (7) days prior to Request for Proposal opening.

8. All sealed proposals must be plainly marked and should contain the following on the outside of the envelope:
