PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that Jefferson Island Storage and Hub, LLC has applied for a 401 Water Quality Certification for the proposed JISH Expansion Project to install two new cavern wells, (JISH #3 and #4), within Lake Peigneur, including necessary pipelines, and to conduct minor improvement activities at the existing Jefferson Island Storage and Hub (JISH) Facility located at 11408 LA Highway 89 in Erath, Iberia and Vermillion Parishes. Jefferson Island Storage and Hub, LLC is applying to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Office of Environmental Services for a Water Quality Certification in accordance with statutory authority contained in the LAC 33:IX.1507.A-E and provisions of Section 401 of the Clean Water Act.
