By virtue of a writ of SEIZURE AND SALE and to me directed by the Honorable Court aforesaid, I have seized and will offer for sale at public auction, to the last and highest bidder, with the benefit of appraisement, at the Court House door of this Parish, in the Town of Oberlin, Parish of Allen, on FEBRUARY 19, 2025 between legal hours, beginning at 10:00 A.M., the following described property, to-wit:
Tract 26: A tract of land in the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section 9 Township 7 South, Range 6 West, Allen Parish, Louisiana, described as commence at 1 1/8 inch rod marking the Southeast Corner of said Section 9; thence run North 90 degrees West, along the South Line of said Section 9, a distance of 1858.20 feet; thence run North 0 degrees East, a distance of 1204.10 feet to an existing 5/8 inch rod; thence run North 0 degrees 11 minutes 19 seconds West, a distance of 103.5 feet to a 5/8 inch rod; thence run North 28 degrees 16 minutes 04 seconds West, a distance of 101.36 feet to a 5/8 inch rod; thence run North 29 degrees 00 minutes 02 seconds East, a distance of 139.07 feet to a 5/8 inch rod at point of beginning; thence run North 42 degrees 56 minutes 38 seconds West, a distance of 102.02 feet to a 5/8 inch rod on the bank of the Calcasieu river; thence run North 47 degrees 03 minutes and 22 seconds East, along said bank, a distance of 60.00 feet to a point 15 feet, North 42 degrees 56 minutes 38 seconds West of a 5/8 inch rod; thence run South 42 degrees 56 minutes 38 seconds East, a distance of 138.17 feet to a 5/8 inch rod on the West side of a 30 foot road; thence run South 78 degrees 07 minutes 38 seconds West along the West side of said road, a distance of 70.05 feet to the point of beginning.

Tract 27: a tract of land in the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section 9, Township 7 South, Range 6 West, Allen Parish, Louisiana, described as commence at a 1 1/8 inch rod marking the Southeast corner of Section 9; thence run North 90 degrees West along the South line of said Section 9, a distance of 1858.20 feet; thence run North 0 degrees East a distance of 1204.10 feet to an existing 5/8 inch rod; thence run North 0 degrees 11 minutes 19 seconds West, a distance of 103.05 feet to a 5/8 inch rod; thence run North 28 degrees 16 minutes 04 seconds West, a distance of 101.36 feet to a 5/8 inch rod; thence run North 29 degrees 00 minutes 02 seconds East, a distance of 139.07 feet to a 5/8 inch rod; thence run North 78 degrees 07 minutes 38 seconds East, a distance of 70.05 feet to a 5/8 inch rod at the point of beginning; thence run North 42 degrees 56 minutes 38 seconds West, a distance of 138.17 feet to a 5/8 inch rod set this survey on the bank of the Calcasieu river; thence run North 47 degrees 03 minutes 22 seconds East, along said bank, a distance of 60.00 feet to a 5/8 inch rod, thence run South 42 degrees 56 minutes 38 seconds East, a distance of 139.65 feet to a 5/8 inch rod on the West side of a 30 foot road; thence run South 24 degrees 27 minutes 51 seconds West along West side of said road, a distance of 36.87 feet to a 5/8 inch rod; thence run South 78 side of said road, a distance of 30.30 feet to the point of beginning.
Seized under said Writ.
