Sealed proposals for Audubon Schools at Gentilly Terrace, 2nd Floor Restrooms and Elevator Installation, 4720 Painters Street, New Orleans LA 70122, will be received at the indicated time and place and publicly opened and read aloud at the Audubon Schools at Gentilly Terrace, 4720 Painters Street, New Orleans LA 70122 no later than 2:00 p.m. on February 26 2025. Enter from Painters Street Gate and to the left is the building for the bid opening. A pre-bid meeting will be held at project site, 4720 Painters Street, New Orleans LA. at 10:00 AM. on February 13, 2025; enter from Painters Street Gate and to the left is the building for the meeting,. Complete Bid Documents for this project are available in electronic form for download at the Architects FTP site at no fee. Bidders requesting documents must submit their license number and also e-mail address for receiving addenda. Printed copies are not available from the Architect, but arrangements can be made to obtain them through most reprographic firms. Plan holders are responsible for their own reproduction costs. This project is subject to all provisions and procedures of the Louisiana RS Title 38, Section 2181 etseq. applicable to the Louisiana public bid law. The Owner requires a bid bond submitted with bid equivalent to 5% of the total bid including alternates. Contractors must be licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2163 for the classification of (1) Building Construction. Contractor to indicate the License Number on the envelope.
