LEGAL NOTICE FOR LIEN ON PROPERTY PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, PARISH OF CADDO, LOUISIANA. Notice is hereby given of violation(s) of Chapter 30, Section 30-52 of the Code of Ordinances, Parish of Caddo. The property is a residential locality at 442 Rutledge Avenue, Shreveport, LA. GEO number: 161414-012-0067-00. The owner is Abigail Land Holdings 21, LLC of 13575 Lynam Drive, Omaha, Nebraska. After inspection of the property the department found the property to have high grass and vegetation on it. The Property Standards Section declared the property a nuisance pursuant to Chapter 30, Section 30-54 and recommended the cleanup of the property. Cleanup was accomplished by a contractor and a certificate of completion was submitted by the contractor to Caddo Parish Public Works. Pursuant to Chapter 30, Section 30-54 the cost of the cleanup will be charged to the owner with a $150.00 administrative charge. If the cost is not paid within 30 days by the owner a lien will be placed on the property for $550.00.
