Notice is hereby given that by virtue of SEIZURE AND SALE issued out of the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed Thomas S. Romero Sheriff, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Iberia, La., have seized, and will offer for sale and will sell at public auction, for cash WITH appraisal, to the last and highest bidder, at the Court House, in the City of New Iberia, La., between legal sale hours starting at 10 a.m. on

WEDNESDAY,

MARCH 5, 2025

The following described property, to-wit:

That certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging and all appurtenances thereof, being known and designated ac Lot seven (7) of LeBlanc Addition, a subdivision of the Parish of Iberia, Louisiana, said lot having such shape, form, dimensions, boundaries and measurements as are more fully shown on that certain plat of survey prepared by W.K. Krantz & Son, C.E., attached to that certain Act recorded under File Number 2630 of the records of Iberia Parish Clerk of Court, which plat of survey is made a part hereof by reference thereto.

To pay and satisfy the sum of:

SEVENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE DOLLARS AND 44/100($77,783.44) Interest from August 1, 2023, until paid, at 4.0% per annum. Reasonable attorneys fees in an uncontested foreclosure, through the conclusion of the foreclosure and all costs of these proceedings, as this accelerated amount has not been paid and is in default. And

all costs of these proceedings.
