within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of sales
on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 beginning at 10:00 A.M.
THE PROPERTY, REAL AND PERSONAL, RIGHTS AND CREDITS OF PURVIS MILNER AKA PURVIS MILNER, SR., IN AND TO THE FOLLOWING
DESCRIBED PROPERTY TO WIT:
LOT 4, EDEN GARDENS SUBDIVISION, UNIT NUMBER 3, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF SHREVEPORT, CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, AS
PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONVEYANCE BOOK 900, AT PAGE 563, OF THE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, TOGETHER WITH ALL
BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL
RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY.
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ together with attorney's fee, interest and
