Sheriff, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Iberia, La., have seized, and will offer for sale and will sell at public auction, for cash WITH appraisal, to the last and highest bidder, at the Court House, in the City of New Iberia, La., between legal sale hours starting at 10 a.m. on

WEDNESDAY,

February 5, 2025

The following described property, to-wit:

Westernmost 324 feet of Lot 10 of the Partition of the Laurent Bourque Estate as per plat of survey prepared by Stephen J. Langlinais dated May 20,1978, filed at COB 703, folio 559, Entry No. 79-1089 of the public records of Iberia Parish, Louisiana.

Being that certain lot of ground with all buildings and improvements and the component parts thereof together with all rights, way, privileges, servitudes and all appurtenances thereunto appertaining, situated in Section 22, T13S, R6E, Iberia Parish, Louisiana, measuring 324 feet, more or less, on its northern and southern boundaries, by 730.99 feet on its eastern and western boundaries.

To pay and satisfy the sum of:

EIGHTY THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT DOLLARS AND 59/100($80,358.59) Interest from December 5, 2022, until paid, at 4.75% per annum. Reasonable Attorneys Fees. And All Costs of these proceedings.
