Notice is hereby given that by virtue of SEIZURE AND SALE issued out of the above entitled and numbered cause, and to me directed Thomas S. Romero Sheriff, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Iberia, La., have seized, and will offer for sale and will sell at public auction, for cash WITHOUT appraisal, to the last and highest bidder, at the Court House, in the City of New Iberia, La., between legal sale hours starting at 10 a.m. on

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 8, 2025

The following described property, to-wit:

A certain lot of ground, together with all buildings and improvements thereon and thereunto belonging, and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereto appertaining, situated int eh City of New Iberia, Parish of Iberia, Louisiana, measuring forty-eight (48) feet six (6") inches front on the Westerly side of Weeks Street, by a depth between parallel lines of One Hundred Twenty-six (126) feet, bounded Northerly formerly Segura, now Broussard, Southerly by Florentine Fage; Easterly by Weeks Street and Westerly by Lee J. Breaux. The residence on said property is identified as No. 728 Weeks Street.

Being the same property acquired by Mary Louise Victor from Dona (Tena) Junta Broussard by Act of Sale and Mortgage dated January 26,1984 and recorded January 27,1984 in Conveyance Book 837, Folio 344, Entry No. 84-766 of the public records of Iberia Parish, Louisiana.

Being the same property acquired by Gilbert Paul Pellerin, et al by Affidavit for Small Succession of Mary Louise Viator Pellerin recorded September 6, 2023, in Conveyance Book Instrument Number 17405 of the public records of Iberia Parish, Louisiana.

To pay and satisfy the sum of:
