NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF BUDGET PROCESS

Notice is hereby given that the 17th Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana has completed the legal process necessary to present and adopt amendments to the 2024 Budget and the Budget for the year 2025 for Judicial Fund of the Court. The amendments and budget were presented and adopted after a public hearing held on December 20, 2024, in the Courthouse in the City of Thibodaux after public notice of said hearings. The 2025 Budget and Budget Message along with the 2024 Amended Budget are available for public inspection in Division E Chambers, 2nd Floor Courthouse, 201 Green St., Thibodaux, Louisiana Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
