Management at Risk (CMAR) Services

Request for Statement of Qualifications. SWLA Center for Health Services, located at 2000 Opelousas Street in Lake Charles, Louisiana, is requesting interested contractors to submit their qualifications for Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services to construct a health care facility. Once we receive qualifications, we will invite 3-5 contractors to submit formal proposals. The contractor selected will be working with our architecture firm to design and build the new facility. All RFSQs must be submitted by Friday, December 20, 2024.
