The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury does hereby advertise the Public Auction for the sale and removal of one house with its contents located at 3210 Kirkman Street, Lake Charles, Louisiana. The Public auction will be held online by Pedersen & Pedersen Auctions between December 10, 2024, and December 27, 2024, on the Pedersen & Pedersen Auctions Website.

Official action for the sale and removal of one house with its contents, as a result of this auction, will be taken at the Regular Meeting of the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury within forty-five (45) days.
