NOTICE

Pursuant to La. R.S. 22:691.4.E.(2) notice Is hereby given that on Monday, December 23, 2024, the Louisiana Department of Insurance, located at 1702 North Third Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70802 will hold a public hearing concerning the acquisition of Cajun Underwriters Reciprocal Exchange (CURE) by Safepoint Holdings, Inc. The Hearing will begin at 10:00 am in the Conference room located on the third floor.

Any written comments or questions must be submitted to the above address marked attention "Company Licensing" and be received no later than two days before the Hearing date. Email comments or questions can be submitted to publiccomments@ldi.la.gov.
