Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued in the hereinabove entitled and numbered cause I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale and sell for cash, ***WITHOUT*** appraisement, to the last and highest bidder, at public auction, at the NATCHITOCHES PARISH COURTHOUSE, 200 Church Street, on the First Floor in the hallway just outside the doorway of the Sheriff's Department Civil Office, Natchitoches, Louisiana, between the legal sale hours commencing at 10:00 A.M. on WEDNESDAY, ***January 08, 2025***,the following described property, to wit:

Real property in the City of Marthaville, Parish of Natchitoches, State of Louisiana, described as follows: That certain tract of land consisting of 2.0 Acres, more or less, in the Southwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 14, Township 9 North, Range 10 West, Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana, and more particularly described as Tract 3 of the Partition of Dudley H. Ballard Est., in Section 14, T9N-R10W, dated October 25, 1194, by P.L.S. Jack E. Farmer, and filed in the Records of Natchitoches, Louisiana on November 17, 1994, at Map Slide 363A. Being all of that certain property conveyed to Beverly Ann Sliman Valentine, a single person, by deed dated 10/24/2005 and recorded 10/26/2005, as booked 595, page 498 of official records, together with all buildings and improvements situated thereon.

ANYONE PURCHASING PROPERTY AT SHERIFF'S SALE IS GIVEN UNTIL 2:00 P.M. ON SALE DAY TO PAY THE FULL PURCHASE AMOUNT BY CERTIFIED FUNDS. BECAUSE FUNDS ARE DUE AND PAYABLE BY 2:00 P.M.
