The Parish of Ascension Planning Commission will hold Public Hearings and Public Meetings on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Ascension Parish Courthouse, Council Chambers - 1st Floor, 607 East Worthey Road, Gonzales, Louisiana, to consider the following items:

1. Gateway Farms

PRELIMINARY PLAT

The proposed subdivision is located at the end of Faucheaux Rd, south of LA Hwy. 74 approximately 1,200 east of I-10 in Council District 9 and is zoned Medium Intensity Residential (RM). The application is on behalf of KD Development by Quality Engineering and Surveying, LLC.
