A Resolution amending the Master Services Agreement (Task Order 05) between Iberia Parish Government and EisnerAmper, for Iberia Parish American Rescue Plan Funding (ARPA) Administrative Services and Grants Management Services, in an amount not to Exceed $33,473, to provide funding thereof, and otherwise provide with respect thereto.

Note: A motion to Suspend the Rules is needed as this item was not considered by the Joint Committee.
