NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor and Council of the City of Grambling, State of Louisiana, plan to consider the adoption of the following ordinances:

The Public Hearing will be held Thursday, December 5, 2024, at 5:50 p.m. at Grambling City Hall & Community Center, 127 King Street, Grambling, Louisiana:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRAMBLING AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF GRAMBLING FOR THE FISCAL YEAR, BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2024, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2024; AND TO PROVIDE FOR ALL MATTERS RELATIVE THERETO; AND TO REPEAL ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT OR IN CONFLICT THEREWITH.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRAMBLING ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF GRAMBLING FOR THE FISCAL YEAR, BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2025, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2025.

was introduced by Council member Cathy Holmes-Giles and seconded by Council member DeVaria H. Ponton on November 7, 2024. A Public Hearing will be held on the Ordinances and the Ordinances will be considered for adoption at the meeting of the Mayor and the Council held at 5:50 p.m., on December 5, 2024, Council Chambers/ Courtroom, City Hall, 127 King Street, Grambling, Louisiana.
