Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued in the hereinabove entitled and numbered cause I have seized and taken into my possession and will offer for sale and sell for cash, ***WITH*** appraisement, to the last and highest bidder, at public auction, at the NATCHITOCHES PARISH COURTHOUSE, 200 Church Street, on the First Floor in the hallway just outside the doorway of the Sheriff's Department Civil Office, Natchitoches, Louisiana, between the legal sale hours commencing at 10:00 A.M. on WEDNESDAY, ***December 18, 2024*** ,the following described property, to wit:

EXHIBIT "A"

Those two certain lots of ground with all improvements thereon located and situated to the city and parish of Natchitoches, Louisiana and being more particularly described as:

Tract 1: That certain lot of ground in the City of Natchitoches, Louisiana containing 0.805 acres, more or less and being tract "A" on a survey by Glen L. Cannon, registered professional land surveyor, dated March 8, 2006 and is recorded at map slide no. 574B of the records of Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana.

Tract 2: That certain lot of ground, with all improvements thereon located, and located in the City of Natchitoches, Louisiana, and being described as Lot 8 of Block M of the Sibley-Pierson addition to the City of Natchitoches, Louisiana as shown on a plat recorded in Conveyance Book 132, Page 282 of the records of Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana.

That certain lot of ground, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon, bearing the municipal address of 115 Watson Drive, Natchitoches, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows:

Lot 4-B of Block "K" as shown on a plat surveyed entitled "Replat of Portion of Pecan Park West", prepared by A.J. Brouillette, R.S., dated February 28, 1963, and recorded in Map Book 1, Page 229 (Map Slide 88-B) of the records of Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana.

ANYONE PURCHASING PROPERTY AT SHERIFF'S SALE IS GIVEN UNTIL 2:00 P.M. ON SALE DAY TO PAY THE FULL PURCHASE AMOUNT BY CERTIFIED FUNDS. BECAUSE FUNDS ARE DUE AND PAYABLE BY 2:00 P.M. ON SALE DAY, ANYONE INTERESTED IN BIDDING MUST SUBMIT A "LETTER OF CREDIT" FROM THEIR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION TO FELICIA WHITE AT THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE PRIOR TO THE SALE.
