By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Friday, September 20, 2024, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2024, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
A CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON AND THERETO BELONGING, SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, IN SECTION 40, T8S, R3E, S.L.D. OF LOUISIANA, AND DESIGNATED AS LOT THIRTY (30) OF COLONIAL SUPERB VILLAGE ON THE PLAN OF SURVEY OF SAID SUBDIVISION PREPARED BY HENRY E. KLEINPETER, C.E., DATED FEBRUARY 22, 1968, AND RECORDED IN COB 206, FILE NUMBER 92917, OF ASCENSION PARISH; SAID LOT 30 MEASURES 100 FEET IN WIDTH ON THE NORTHERLY SIDE OF SECOND STREET BY A DEPTH BETWEEN PARALLEL LINES OF 120 FEET AND A REAR MEASUREMENT OF 100 FEET; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD
AFFECTING THE
PROPERTY.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: ONE HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINE DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($154,309.50) DOLLARS, along withinterest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
