PUBLIC NOTICE
THE NEW IBERIA PLANNING COMMISSION WILL MEET ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2024, AT 5:30PM ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF CITY HALL IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS TO REVIEW AND RENDER A RECOMMENDATION ON THE FOLLOWING REQUEST:
1. A request for Preliminary/Final Subdivision approval of a 48.65 acre residential subdivision development called Teche Haven, located in Secs. 21 & 22 T12S, R7E (Iberia Assessor Parcels 0503123000A and 0402758000), as shown on A Preliminary Map of Survey Showing Teche Haven (A Residential Development) prepared by A. E. Montagnet, P.L.S., dated October 2, 2024, such approval contingent upon the annexation that portion of the 48.65 acre tract not now located within the corporate limits of the City of New Iberia.
THE NEW IBERIA ZONING COMMISSION WILL MEET ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2024, AT 5:30PM IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE NEW IBERIA PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING TO REVIEW AND RENDER A RECOMMENDATION ON THE FOLLOWING:
1. A request to re-zone from OL (Open Land) to R-1 (Residential) that 48.65 acre area located in Secs. 21 & 22 T12S, R7E (Iberia Assessor Parcels 0503123000A and 0402758000) and shown as Teche Haven on A Preliminary Map of Survey Showing Teche Haven (A Residential Development) prepared by A. E. Montagnet, P.L.S., dated October 2, 2024, such zoning change contingent upon the annexation that portion of the 48.65 acre tract not now located within the corporate limits of the City of New Iberia.
