BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OFSEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numberedsuit and to me directed, this date of 5/21/24, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn andqualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale atpublic auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at theGoode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma,Louisiana, on 10/16/24. Between the hours of 10:00 OClock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the followingdescribed property, to wit:
One certain lot of ground situated in the Parish of Terrebonne, Louisiana, about ten (10) miles below theCity of Houma, designated as LOT FOURTEEN (14) OF BLOCK "A" OF FAITH SUBDIVISION, asshown on the plat entitled "Faith Subdivision for J. G. Duplantis, on the Right Descending Bank ofBayou Little Caillou in Sections 37, 38 and 39, T18S, RI8E, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana", made by T.Baker Smith & Son, C.E, dated June 10, 1964, on file and of record in the Office of the Clerk of Court ofTerrebonne Parish, Louisiana, said Lot Fourteen (14) of Block "A" measuring eighty (80') feet front onthe Southeasterly side of Rosemary Avenue, by depth between equal and parallel lines of seventy-oneand 24/100 (71.24') feet to the rear; said lot Fourteen (14) being bounded as follows: Northeasterly byLot Thirteen (13), Southwesterly by Lot Fifteen (15), Southeasterly by Lot Thirty-Four (34) all of saidBlock "A" of said subdivision, and Northwesterly by Rosemary Avenue; together with all buildings andimprovements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywiseappertaining.
One certain lot of ground in the Parish of Terrebonne, Louisiana, in that part thereof known as FaithSubdivision, and being more particularly shown and designated as Lot Thirty-four (34) of Block "A" ona plan entitled "Faith Subdivision for J.G. Duplantis, on the right descending Bank of Bayou PetitCaillou in Sections 37, 38 and 39, T 18 S, R 18 E, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana", made by T. BakerSmith & Son, C.E., and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court, Parish of Terrebonne; which saidlot has a frontage of Eighty (80') feet on the Northerly side of Michael Avenue by depth of Seventy-oneand 24/100 (71.24') feet between equal and parallel lines; being bounded Northerly by Lot 14 of saidBlock "A", Southerly by Michael Avenue, Easterly by Lot 33 and Westerly by Lot 35 of said Block "A";together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudesthereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy theWRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued in this case, say the sum of $84749.91, alongWith interest and attorneys fees and all other costs including Sheriffs Office cost and charges.
