BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OFSEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numberedsuit and to me directed, this date of 9/29/23, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn andqualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale atpublic auction WITH appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the GoodeStreet Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma,Louisiana, on 10/16/24. Between the hours of 10:00 OClock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the followingdescribed property, to wit:
One certain piece or portion of ground designated as Lot 13, Block 3, of Cavaness Estates, Phase 4, morefully described on a plat entitled, Cavaness Estates Subdivision, Phase 4, J & D Land DevelopmentPartners, L.L.C., Section 6, T17S - R17E, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, prepared by Milford &Associates, Inc., dated May 31, 2007, said Lot 13, Block 3, Phase 4, is described as follows; measuring adistance across the front and north of (65.00') on the west (152.37') across the rear, (65.06') and on theeast (149.57'); bounded on the north by T. Leigh Drive, on the West by Lot 14, Block 3, CavanessEstates, Phase 4, on the south by property owned by Mrs. Jannie N. Amos, or assigns, on the east by Lot12, Block 3, Cavaness Estates, Addendum No. 4, together with all buildings and improvements thereon,and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy theWRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued in this case, say the sum of $175635.71, alongWith interest and attorneys fees and all other costs including Sheriffs Office cost and charges.
