The Housing Authority of New Orleans (The Agency) Through its Agent, New Columbia Residential Services, LLC is seeking contractors with required state and local licenses and certifications required to perform work of the type required by this contract in the City of New Orleans. The contractor shall comply with all laws, ordinances, and regulations applicable to the services contemplated herein. This solicitation is a request for quotes for Juliette Door Replacement and Termite Damage Repair at the following locations:

Columbia Parc a Sr. Housing Community 1401 Caton Street New Orleans, LA 70122

All responses submitted are subject to the Instructions, Supplemental Instructions to Offerors, General and Supplemental Conditions, and all other requirements contained therein, all of which are made a part of the Invitation for Bids by reference.

HANO reserves the right to reject any or all offers for just cause and waive any formalities in the submission process if it is in the best interest of the public to do so.
