Court of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled
cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law without benefit of
appraisement in Room G-20, or any other place within the Caddo
Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the
sale, during the legal hours of sales on Wednesday, November 6,
2024 beginning at 10:00 A.M.
PLAINTIFF'S MORTGAGE AND / OR PRIVILEGE AFFECTS THE FOLLOWING
DESCRIBED PROPERTY, TO-WIT:
LOT "A" OF THE RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 40 AND 41 OF BLOCK 5 OF BROADMOOR
SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 3, CITY OF SHREVEPORT, AS PER PLAT RECORDED 300
CONVEYANCE RECORDS 460, CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, BEING A
RECTANGULAR TRACT HAVING AN 80 FOOT SOUTHEASTERLY
FRONTAGE ON PRESTON AND A 133.98 FOOT NORTHEASTERLY FRONTAGE ON
ANNISTON AVENUE. (THE "PROPERTY");
SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING
MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY.
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in
said writ together with attorney's fee, interest and costs.
