and entitled cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law with benefit of appraisement in Room G-20, or any other place

within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of sales

on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 beginning at 10:00 A.M.

LOT 4, A REPLAT OF FOREST VALLEY SUB., A SUBDIVISION OF CADDO PARISH,

LOUISIANA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN BOOK 700, PAGE 197 OF THE

CONVEYANCE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, TOGETHER WITH ALL

BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON.

Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ together with attorney's fee, interest and

costs.
